Travel11.uk is a UK-based company that offers the following services:

1. Free 1-on-1 Visa Eligibility Assessments
2. Paid Visa Consultation & Guidance
3. Visit Visa Application Filing Support
4. Fast-Track Appointment Booking Assistance
5. Interview Preparation (for USA and other embassies)

We currently support visa services for countries including (but not limited to): Europe (Schengen), USA, Canada, Japan, Morocco, Turkey, Australia, and New Zealand.

User Data & Eligibility

To use our services, you may be required to provide personal information including:

1. Full Name
2. Phone Number
3. Email Address
4. Nationality & Country of Residence
5. Travel Destination & Preferred Travel Dates
6. Visa History or Uploaded Documents (e.g. Passport, Employment Proof, Bank Statements)

Data may be collected through website forms, WhatsApp messages, Instagram DMs, or after engaging with our ads. By submitting your information, you consent to our use of this data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Payments & Refunds

Some of our services are paid and pricing is shared clearly with you before work begins.

Payment Structure:

Standard: Full payment upfront
In some cases: 50% upfront, 50% after appointment is booked

All payments will be confirmed with an invoice or message confirmation from our team.

Refund Policy
At Travel11, we are committed to delivering professional, time-sensitive visa services with care and accuracy.

Due to the nature of our services - which often involve immediate work such as eligibility assessments, document review, embassy submissions, and appointment bookings - all payments are strictly non-refundable once the service has commenced.

Please Note:

    1. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, personal circumstances, or client-side delays once any work has started.

    2. Services begin the moment a case is reviewed, documents are received, or an appointment is scheduled - whichever occurs first.

    3. In the rare event of a clear administrative error or non-delivery of a paid service, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion.

    4. Visa approvals are not guaranteed, and refunds are not issued on the basis of an unsuccessful outcome.

No Guarantee Clause

While Travel11 has a 95%+ visa approval success rate, we do not guarantee visa approval under any circumstance.

Visa decisions are made by embassies and consulates based on your personal application, background, and supporting documents.

We will assist you to the best of our professional ability, but final outcomes are not in our control.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

1. Misrepresent your identity, documents, or travel intent
2. Share false or fraudulent information
3. Copy or redistribute our content or service methods without permission
4. Attempt to interfere with the functionality of our website or service channels

Violating these terms may result in your access being restricted or permanently denied.

Limitation of Liability

Travel11.uk is not liable for:

Delays or decisions made by embassies or visa centers
2. Any losses (financial or otherwise) caused by rejection or delayed visa processing
3. Client errors in submitted documents or missed appointments

Our role is advisory and supportive - we are not an embassy or government entity.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
